What credits are
Credits are the unit of usage for AI generations (video, image, avatar and related tools). Each model deducts a published credit cost when a job starts. Free plan credits and subscription allotments renew according to your plan.
Subscriptions & renewals
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Unused monthly credits typically do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Cancel anytime from Subscription — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Failed or errored generations
If a job fails due to a platform or provider error before delivering output, we automatically refund the credits charged for that job when our systems detect the failure. Transient network issues on your side may require a retry.
Refunds for purchases
Digital credit packs and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once credits are granted, except where required by law or when we cannot deliver the service (for example, a confirmed charging error). Contact support within 7 days with your account email and order ID.
Fair use & abuse
We may suspend accounts that abuse free tools, automate scraping beyond reasonable personal use, or attempt to circumvent billing. Credits obtained through fraud are void.
